Nice to meet you, I’m Amber Frederick.
As a lifelong Minnesotan and first generation Minneapolis resident, I am proud of the progressive values that have been instilled in me by my community. I am a 3rd generation social-worker raised by an AFSCME Union member. My mother’s involvement in the union taught me how worker’s rights directly support entire families. As a current housing coordinator with youth in Hennepin county, I have seen firsthand how city and state programs work to uplift residents. Now, my commitment is you and your family as a public servant of Ward 5.
My vision is simple: safe communities are built from strong relationships.
